Stay away from Coffee for a Time Being

Ironically, green tea also contains caffeine, that cause in the betterment of your mood, but also crush you down at some certain time. Green tea, in this regard contains an extra chemical name as the L- theanine, which makes your mood better and at the same time, cancels the crush down effect of the caffeine.
Taking medicine sometimes make you a patient of depression, but there are some medications that reverse the effect and makes you stay away from it as well. Take Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea also plays a big and very key role to get rid of the depression, it contains flavonoid, a chemical that is found in some plants and it help you get good sleep, sleeping good can help you with the depression by relaxing you.
